Troubleshooting

The blind is working the wrong way round

Check the direction of installation of the insulating glass in the window frame or the direction of installation of the magnetic connector.

The slats are not closing at the bottom of the blind

Check the direction of installation of the insulating glass in the window frame or the direction of installation of the magnetic connector.

The slats are closing the wrong way round at the bottom of the blind

Check the direction of installation of the insulating glass in the window frame

The blind is not winding up properly at the top

Check the direction of installation of the insulating glass in the window frame or the direction of installation of the magnetic connector.

The blind is twisted

Check that the isolating glass in the window frame is shimmed correctly and that the blind works properly perpendicularly to the ground.

The blind stops halfway down the glass

Check whether the glass or the vertical spacer bars bulge into the insulating glass.

The actuator is not working

Check whether the LEDs underneath the arrow buttons turn on or whether the battery unit needs to be charged.

The actuator is not charging

Check that the recharge power plug is inserted correctly in the micro USB connector and in the relevant 220 V socket.

The battery charger is not working

Check that the isolating glass in the window frame is shimmed correctly and that the blind works properly perpendicularly to the ground.

The blind is working the wrong way round

Check the polarity of the control unit power cables.

Check that only one blind is connected to the power control unit exit channel.

Check glass cleanliness before installation.
