when it comes flush with both sides avoids breakage and/or improper rotation of the system as registration has been done inside the knob during installation.
The main alloy used for the slats in alloy AA 6011. Dimensions; width 15mm, thickness 0.21mm. The chemical composition of this alloy is made following the directives of the Aluminium Association and has been chosen for its remarkable mechanical properties and their stability. This material is particularly suitable for uses requiring NO-FOGGING properties as in the case of insertion in double-glazing. All the layers of the laminate of the slat are cold pre-treated to guarantee perfect and lasting adhesion of the paint and considerable resistance against conditions of high humidity. This thermostop treatment means that the slats, made of these layers, behave exactly as a heat regulator. The slat, chemically pre-treated, is supplied with a finish suitable for indoor applications. The decorative finish usually consists of a single coat of polyester. This finishing process is subject to stringent controls on the line. The process and final quality selection ensures that the material is free of fogging. 9 colours of slats available. All the tests are performed in conformity with EN standards and others that include internationally accepted specifications and testing methods.

Aluminium knob available in the anodised silver, anodised black or painted Ral white versions, made of a brass and aluminium interior, with tamperproof system and mechanical endblock made possible thanks to the nut sliding on a cylinder which, when it comes flush, avoids the existence of breakage points.
The extruded profiles are made from aluminium alloy EN AW 6060 with a chemical composition defined by standard EN 573-3. The metallurgical state of supply is T5 unless otherwise specified, according to the standard UNI EN 5415, with mechanical characteristics according to standard UNI EN-755-2. Box and back powder coated to match the colour of the slats.
