Technical Specifications

01Head and bottom rails

Head and bottom rails are made of EN AW 6060 alloy. Alloy chemical composition defined by standard EN 573-3. The state of supply is T5 unless otherwise specified, according to the standard UNI EN 5415, with mechanical characteristics according to standard UNI EN-755-2. Head and bottom rails are powder coated to match the colour of the slats.

Also available in the version with radio receiver and with battery pack recharge aid through a photovoltaic panel.

02Aluminium slats

Main alloy used for the slats: AA 6011. Dimensions: width 12.5 mm, thickness 0.21 mm. Alloy chemical composition following the directives of the Aluminium Association and chosen for its remarkable mechanical properties and stability. This material is particularly suitable for uses requiring NO-FOGGING properties as in the case of insertion in double-glazing unit. All the layers of the laminate of the slat are cold pre-treated to guarantee perfect and lasting adhesion of the paint and considerable resistance against conditions of high humidity. The slat, chemically pre-treated, is supplied with a finish suitable for indoor applications. The decorative finish usually consists of a single coat of polyester. This finishing process is subject to controls on the line. The process and final quality selection ensures that the material is fogging-free. Nine colours of slats available. All the tests performed in conformity with EN standards and others that include internationally accepted specifications and testing methods.

03Battery actuator

Rechargeable lithium battery actuator with electronics for blind movement operation and end limits management. Fast automatic function until end limit or to the desired level and slow manual function to tilt the slats. Software system with tamperproof function and motor power supply protection. Red LED when battery is low.

04Wiring with magnetic connector

Plate with two cables and AMP connector for connection to blind and magnetic connector, easy to apply to glass or frame.
Connector dimensions: 25 x 30 x 5 mm.
Two tapered holes for fixing to the frame and specific bi-adhesive for sticking to the glass.

05Extruded aluminium profiles

Side, lower and upper spacers are made of EN AW 6060 alloy. Alloy chemical composition defined by standard EN 573-3. The state of supply is T5 unless otherwise specified, according to the standard UNI EN 5415, with mechanical characteristics according to standard UNI EN-755-2.

06Cords and ladder braids

Made from 100% polyester with 100% 280/2 x 3 entwined polyester core.

01Reduction gear

Micro-reduction gear with diam. 18mm, placed in a special plastic support inside the aluminium profile. This micro-reduction gear is controlled by a special 12V motor, controlled by the actuator. Transmission ratio R=231. Slow shaft speed -30/40RPM. Max. current absorbed 1A Precise broached steel body (degree 7) M0.40 high precision gears, in treated steel, mechanically machined. Slow shaft supported by 2 ball bearings diam. 8/16 H5.
